Curvily Yours: Oh How I've Missed the Bruises

So aside from a few muscle complaints and some adorable little bruises I don't seem much the worse for wear today. Woohoo! Yay for being able to do SOME form of exercise!

The fifteen minutes on the elliptical the other day actually seemed to be a lot rougher on me than my class. I find that odd. Or maybe it's because my class is mostly stretching but covers all muscle groups. I'll have to test that theory. I'm so excited to be able to take my classes again.
